What we collect. When you email us or use a form on this site, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, district, sport and, for athletes, disability and classification documents. This website itself does not set tracking cookies. Your accessibility preferences (text size and contrast) are stored only in your own browser.

Why we collect it. To register athletes, arrange classification, select teams, organise events, respond to queries and keep in touch about Chapter activities. Athlete data may be shared with the Paralympic Committee of India, event organisers and classification panels where required for participation.

Sensitive information. Disability and medical information is handled only by those who need it for registration, classification and athlete welfare, and is never published without the athlete's consent.

Your rights. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where it is no longer required. Write to support@pcigujarat.com.

Photographs. Photographs from events may be published on this site and on social media. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, let us know.
